今天，如常的到UMMC血库捐血。看着小册子记载的次数，不知不觉已经17次啦！如果不是把之前的小册子弄丢，应该也有20次啦！

每次捐血，都有开心的感觉，因为想想“又可以救一个人啦！”

回到公司，虽然知道明天及后天还有2场激烈营，但却坐在位子上懒得去收拾和安排！
我想，人人都知道对和错。可是，有多少人肯去真真的把握时机？

人的寿命！

最近在修行的路途上，思考到这个问题。
一个很多人会觉得可怕的问题，特别是那些已经年长的！

还记得在小时候，妈妈带我到“观音庙”去查“三世书”，那位人士说了一大堆我不明白的推论及以后的事情，包括事业，婚姻，钱财，寿命等。最令我忘不了的是我的寿命 - 64，最多74！
当时的我不以为然！

今天的我对这个推算很感兴趣！到底是如何计算的呢？难道我最多活到74？不可以到80吗？或90， 100...？

我反复的用不同的宗教角度去寻找答案，但都无法满足我的疑问！

每次活动后，我都会对我的表现和学员们的了解做个评估。

15 - 17 APR 2011 - DUSUN ECO RESORT， SMK SRI PERMATA
这一场3天2夜的激励营，对象是一些学习与品行比较差的学生。甚至被老师归类为“无药可救”的学生。我是满怀希望和完全付出的把这场生活营做得最好。

虽然赚很少钱，但为了这班学生，我一点也不马虎。时时刻刻的为他们着想。

3天2夜过去了！我很有把握的对全世界说，成功了！这班学生脑内注入了信心，置入了希望！他们将改变，更努力的追求梦想！

20 Apr 2011. Ms Liew （负责老师）联络我。听了她的话，我有如掉入了地狱！为什么？

“学生们离开培训营后，不肯协助及听老师的话，他们不把行李排好。结果老师与司机得工作，学生们有些把行李乱扔进行李格内，结果途中，行李格因为关不紧而开了，一些行李掉了出来！”老师说！

“在巴士亭，玩拉炮，把地上弄很肮脏。还有在巴士上，学生把垃圾乱丢，很不像样！太令人失望了！嗨！”

听了这些话，我仿佛被泼了一桶冷水，好冷好冷的水！
这些学生就是刚毕业的学生呀！是我教出来的学生呀！天呀！

我反复的在想！是不是我的课程不对，还是我因该退休了？

我还在犹豫着。。。！

每个人都有各自的说法，什么应该，什么不应该！

自杀能解决问题吗？走了后就一了百了吗？烦恼就不见了？

自杀不能解决问题！而是问题的开始！

一个人自杀后，到哪里？下地狱？NO！而是留在人间当孤魂野鬼，吊儿郎当，无家可归，到处受到欺负。最为可悲的是，它每天必须死一次！直至其阳寿完毕！然后才被牛头马面带到地府接受判刑，在地狱受千年之苦。。。！我想，这条路比较辛苦吧！聪明的你！

路是人走出来的，你可以自己开路！颜面也是自己给的，管他人怎么看！

大不了到其他地方发展！
大不了不要做！
大不了干其他的！

How is our future?

This is a question that exists in my mind since I was a kids. What is going to happen tomorrow? Who am I? Who are those people around me? Who decide my future?

3 years ago, when my family engaged an fengshui master to read the fengshui of the house and people. I still recall the fengshui master said my daughter will become a singer, I will be rich (earn money) 3 years later.

Now, should I trust him? What is happening to me today and tomorrow? Will I be rich on coming year?

Attending Training

Recently took up some outbound tours and went to Korea, ChiangMai and Bali. Well, these are those incentives trip offered to those qulifier from those direct selling, insurance and drug companies.

During the tour, for sure I will have the chance to hear from those speaker and members on how they achieve the target and how great are they in getting to the trip. It indirectly made me to be one of the audience in the trip. Some are great and really nice to hear their story but some really boring.

Looking at them, I dont know whether I should be glad as they have make it or the other way round where to pitty them because the challenging paths that they have gone through.

My conclusion are:-
- Life is the same, it is only how you colour it.
- Everyone is aiming to be rich, non wanted to be poor... :-)
- If you go ALL OUT to get what you want, you SURE SURE SURE will get it. THIS IS REALLLLL....!!!!!

Friend, come on and dont give excuses anymore..... Time is running..... Let GO ALL OUT!!!!

Mid of June 2010. Some unexpected call come in and it is the start of all these.

A company wanted my talent to help them work on some project. They will guaranteed my company's income and give me salary even allocate profit sharing to me. What a good news to me.

Well, I happy for while and met up with them 2 times. The second met was almost confirm the contract. We have discussed the project in brief.

My feeling were mixed. Good - solve my current problem and get opportunity. Bad - Controlled by people and unknown about the future.

When such a thing come to you and you are not sure about it. What you will do is to get advice. Me too! I visited the temple and do the divination at this Guan Yin temple to hope for some hints. After the sign by the Guan Yin, suddenly I become happy and released all my worry!

Now I know what is next and how to move on! :-)

CRY...Is it help?

This is what we normally do when our heart being challenged. Either on face or just keep to ourself. CRY is never too far from me, for me, it is really a reaction that able to release my stress and review myself. Although it might not be too nice in front of people but definitely good for ourself.

Now, the main obstacle is do we know how to stand up after CRY? How many times you want to cry? When you cry, do our GOD help us? Please cry if you wanted to and it is OK. PLEASE BE STRONG BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG.

I always give people a strong feeling and I am a superman. Yet, I am human being too...

Series of challenges

I strongly believed that nothing is so call smooth life. We are human that born to face challenges in this life. The experiences that we gained will be enrich us for next life and next next life.

When challenges come to us, it is always tough cause us in bad mood.

Well, everyone of us do have many obstacles but some how just give those challenges / obstacles a :-) and look for solution.

Over the past 3 weeks, it is really big Wave for me. Really squeezes me to the corner and almost give up. Again, why why why!

Good one and I still able to write blog and stay calm by looking at it.

Believe in God and I hope I can write a book about our surrounding...

Helping the problem students

Recently I have conducted a 3D2N camp for secondary school whose the participants are those poor learning, discipline case and family problem background students. Before the camp, I would expect some difficulty in running the camp as this is the 2nd time I handle such a camp.

The day finally come. On the first meet, I almost lose control and scolded the group as I have never seen such a damn student. Behavior and altitude handicap! Even the student ask me to behalves and talk politely. What the asdkjas...!

I started the psycology play with them, I set up the rules and award them if they follow, whereas punish them vice versa. It works! I am getting positive respond from them and I start to tackle their mind thought... bringing them into the reality world where alerting them with the surrounding.

1. Why they are here and why they come to this world?
2. What are thier roles in this life?
3. What are the normal respond from people and ask them to think on other people shoes.
4. Be positive thinker and polish up their altitude
5. Be hard working and study on right track
6. Be a good people
7. Proud of their good work n stay away from bad/negative thing

Last day, the worst student told me he wanted to start his new life. I m so touch n give all the best wishes to him.

I hope can help another child and this become tthe turning point for them.

Tiger year for a tiger

I was borned in tiger year. This year is tiger year and suppose not a good year for me.

I felt that so far it still ok for me although so many challenges out there! Some of them are really unexpected.

I have to hold on 1 believe, that is the positive ion surrounding you. These ion refer to those tangible and intangible including friends, relative, family, god and ???. By keep doing the good karma, you will overcome these challenges although it is very tough.

6 months to go, I wish we can walk together and achieve the win win for all of us.

When this question being asked. Most of us are unable to answer truly as it is no 100% correct answer.

Well, after living for 37 years. I found people are generally unique as in their behavior and characteristic. Twin like PY and JY are totally different.

However, what type of people will so call the perfect one or almost perfect type?

1. Monk, Priest, Uztaz?
2. PM, Governor, minister?
3. Farmer, businessman, salesman?

and

you belongs to which type?

For me, since there are no perfection in this world, what we can do is to chase for perfection. No matter what and when, as long as we see and we learn. Nothing is impossible to get.

A Buddhist that practice prayer everyday and speak Buddhist jargon and able to read and practice matta may not get my respect if they do not know the moral.

My Second baby

I have a lot of thing to share on my second baby. I don't know why and how to tell but it really touch my inner heart. My first baby, I felt happy and motivated but for my second baby. I felt something else. I drop my tear when I saw him this afternoon 24 Mar 2010.

We waited for him since 5am and finally doctor advice caesar to take out the baby although my wife has tried to use the normal way. I was with her even when she is in operation theater.

I really felt NOT EASY!

1. The hospital charge around 7k - 8k.
2. It is so painful when my wife drop tear when the strech on her.
3. I can do nothing besides peacing her.
4. The doctor said cannot use normal deliver method as the heart beat getting not stable.
5. Caesar - Higher cost!
6. I stand besides her when caesar on going. When I saw the doctor pull the baby out, that moment!
7. Welcome to this world, boy!
8. When I got wishes from everyone, I felt touch! so touch!
9. Those that in facebook after I posted the photo...THANK YOU!

I don't know why, till now. At this moment, I am still dropping tear!

Recently get to know a lot of negative news and found that human being are fragile and one kind.

1. Someone got cancer
2. Someone's relative passed away
3. Someone hit by accident and in hospital.
4. Someone son (5 yrs old) admitted to hospital of lung infection.
5. Someone got her leg hurt of being walk too much and work non stop
6. Someone ...

No matter what, we still have to source for $ in order to fulfill our basic need and our responsible people (Family). Because of this, we forget our fundamental principle and we fight to get more $ regardless the way is the correct way or not.

We have been covered up by a tick layer of cement and unable to see through the reality. Ask ourself, what is appearing around us and surrounding.

We chop down tree,
We through rubbish everywhere,
We lie to cover our mistake,
We cheat to make more $,
We scold to release our anger,
We do a lot of thing because of us... BUT

Do we count when we do charity?
Do we care about other?

Yes! We need to wake up and see through the world.

The 5D4N Sabah Experience - Advance Team 2

After met with Mr D, return to hotel and helping out in the key arrangement. I was told that the luggage was sent to the room. When the group arrived at the hotel, as usual - welcome drink and etc. 1/2 hrs later, one of the guest said her luggage not in her room, this created an issue on the number of luggages.

I was informed by TG D 26 pcs, But Mr J said Ms R said 28 pcs and when the luggage arrived, it was 30 pcs. Aiya! more better than less! We still cant locate the luggage and have to call up and knock every door. But this was done by Mr J, Ms S and Ms C. Finally found in one of the guest room (The porter sent to the wrong room). This guest was in the room when they called up and they said no extra beg in their room. When search their room (by Master Key), the luggage in their room. (WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE IS THIS!)*

To admit that Mr J didnt record the number of luggage for each guest made us difficult in searching.

* I cant explain this and begin to dissappointed with human being. Selfish! :-(*

That night is the Gala Dinner for the customer, we have to wear formal (Black Tie Dinner). We didnt do the event, thus should be relax but ended become security that sitting there do nothing.

The bad thing happen! Ms E passed me the allowance for the guest for their dinner on Day 04. I have counted that the total of 107 packet of RM 30 each needed. Thus RM 3210. That moment, we have Mr D, KM, Ms E and me. She passed to me 3 stack of RM 10 notes that she claim to be RM 1000 each and RM 210.

We move to the room and counting. Well, we trust each other and some how I didn;t count properly and immediately start packing. When we almost finish packing, we found that lack of 20 packet = RM 600. WOW! It is not a JOKE. No matter how we search, it is less 20 packet. We started to look panic especially me, the one that do the counting...

Ms E said something, she said she taken out RM 200 from the stack earlier on! She admit that but she claim no more than that! I keep quiet as I have no obligation to say anything. She said why I didn't count properly and why.... I hate this type of blame and thing already happened and yet she still screaming for WHAT? The best part is when she get the money from company, she also never count because she trust the company. Then, what about me? I also trust B&C, thus I counted and mass up! (I admit it is my fault). Ms E said she will go back and check with company again but I am still holding the responsibility of it.

:-(, my salary for this trip = RM 80 X 5 days. Tipping Rm 450. Total = RM 850.
I got nothing to say but blame myself for my careless!

OK. It is another day. But I am not feeling good on it.

Day 04 - Manukan day.
I woke up 0600 and need to go to Jetty by 0730. I didn't bring my slipper, thus wearing hotel bathroom slipper and hope can buy a new pair of slipper at this early morning. I asked aorund and finally the taxi driver fetch me to 7-11 and to try my luck. (I am wearing hotel bathroom slipper and round around). Finally I got it at Orange (24 hours shop) for only RM 11.90, I like the slipper. I didn't take breakfast as in bad mood as well as the previous case on the hotel breakfast.

I reach Jetty and everything smooth. I setup everything that required at Manukan Island and finally the main group arrived. Everything seem smooth.

I was instructed to control the Scuba Doo because the maximum allowed is 50 pax only. Thus, I need to ensure the VIP to have the chance first and the remaining for other guests. Seeing that the list of guest reaching 80+, I started to let the guest know that they may not able to take the activity as time issue. (I control at 12 pax per hour up to 4 hours). When coming to the last hour, there are remaining 12 pax are out of the list. (some guest back early and some withdraw their name). I was offended when Ms C come and ask me to ask organizer to allow other to join. Well I refuse to do so. Ms C go and asked the organizer and the organizer allowed.**

** I felt angry especially someone is overwriting me. (Where is TEAMWORK?)
1. You ask the organizer in public, can she say NO?
2. Where is my stand by then? I was told to control max 50 pax and now you are spoiling the whole effort. Now, the organizer say YES and you are taking the credit by making the other guest happy and I become BAD guy!

This is another dissapointment! :-(

When something bad come to us, we started to lay back and not motivated.

Day 05 - Return Home Day
Start working early morning by not waking up anyone. Take breakfast alone and be silent. Everything goes smooth but I still see something on human being.

** HUMAN ARE COLD BLOOD WHEN COME TO SITUATION WHERE THEIR INTEREST ARE COMFLICTED **

CONCLUSION
1. Human being are selfish in most of the situation
2. Human can create a lot of reason and excuse to cover ourself and pointing fingure at others. Hardly they admit their fault
3. Human won't apologize unless they got no room to move.

I am very sad and dissapointed especially when someone (Your friend) that you respect them, you trust them does something that sad you. Well, at least I see the actual of them.

The tour is over, I haven't got any information from MS E regarding the RM 400.

The 5D4N Sabah Experience - Advance Team

18 - 22 Feb 2010. I spent 5D4N at KK touring an incentive tour for B & C Travel.

Day 01 - Early morning, depart from home and cab to LCCT. Meet up with organizer and depart to KK. Well, the journey smooth and reach Le Meridien Hotel KK about noon time. Everything seem smooth. My postition is advance team (Not Tour Manager) as the company said not enough people and requested me to do so. Anyway, since I have all the friends (Mr D, Ms C, Ms S and Mr J), should be ok lar!

Mr J and his group arrive at hotel and everything smooth and no prob. The B&C Travel project owner Ms E told us that no breakfast included for us as TM.

Day 02 - Mr J & me decided to use other guest (those that stay twin but only 1 pax staying on day 1) room to have breakfast. half way while we are having breakfast, the waiter come to us with the bill that need us to sign. Wow, challenging. We sign on behalf of the guest but we felt not comfortable lar! I was assigned to incharge the room key, luggage and welcome drink. Everything smooth but only have to keep on chasing the counter. During the moment, I heard some hotel guest were charged on the additional breakfast on their room. (Oh! No). The breakfast cost RM 45 per person. :-o

Ms C and Ms S arrived. Well, not much of thing happen.

Day 03 - Mr J and me decided to go out for breakfast. After breakfast, we were asked but the Ms E and other why not having bf at hotel. Out of my surprise that Ms E that told us on day 01 changed her statement and said she can pay for our bf at hotel. What the...

Today, I am in charging of the arrival of Mr D, meet him at the restaurant. Complaint kau kau to him and enjoy the good lunch.... Coconut Puding!

Sabah - A very attracting place

After years away from KK, today I step in here again. The first feeling that I have is the international airport still small and not up to the standard. The aircraft need to U Turn at the end of the runway.

The city, not much changes as compare to years back but the feeling is so good as there are improvement in term of the service quality. The tourism development is getting better here where there are lots of places that you can visit even at night time. Compare to KL, I think KK is much better.

Well, hope to stay here longer for vacation but this trip, I am on duty. :-(

Gunung Tapis 1512m

After being rest for years, it seem that the opportunity to climb the mountain come back this year 2010. Gunung Tapis, 1 have been to this mountain once in the year ~ 10 year ago.

However, the memory still fresh about the trail. It is really challenging and adventurous especially the challenge on those day where the climb need you to cross 6 rivers before reach the trailhead.

The leeches, not that scary but the small tidy leeches that resides in the river and able to paste on your body will make you scream like hell.

During the trail, you may face to face with the JAMBO (if you are lucky) and see their foot print everywhere.

To me, the summit is small and good for sunrise view. The main thing is that you already made it and you will have the time to release yourself from the pressure and stress!

Dear,

We live in this world and we adapt to the surrounding. Due to our mindset, we use to retain what we have and remain what is around us. We tried to maintain it as improve it to a better one when we afford to do so.

However, human tend to take the comfortable one and leave those difficult one aside. We tried to take easy jobs as compared to tough works, simply because it is easy.

Can we take the tough jobs? Are we having the courage to take the real difficult job? The answer will be NO for me as (reason, reason and excuses)...

But, i think I have tried once when I resigned from Silverlake. That is the moment where I made the biggest change in my life... It is reallt tough for me but it will not kill me. If you were to ask me to do it again, friend... NO easy lar! But at least I already made the change.

Dare to chase your dream as you are only appeared once in this life.

A STORY TO SHARE - LOVE MALAYSIA

I have this story to share! Please let me know how to judge this.

When I was in Form 5, one morning at school assembly. As usual, we need to sing national song, state song and school song. Well, after the assembly, a prefect come stop our class for returning to class with the reason that we are not singing the national song loud and clear.

It is really heat us up and we started to argue with him.

1. Base on what he claimed that we are not singing LOUD?
2. Is singing LOUD means love the country and those not singing LOUD are not?

I asked him personally, if the country get into war, will he grap the gun and go and fight with the enermy?

He never reply....!
I told him, I WILL!

Being reach this age, I started to look back on my journey of life, I realized that...

Most of the time, we are predefined or premanaged by something...

Your parents wanted you to be so and so ....
Fortune teller said you will become .....
Feng Shui Master said you will face this challenge and that challenge....
You mind tell you to do this and that.... And
Something that influence us to make decision on all the above.

How to tell us on this?

1. A person that crossing the road and hit bu a car and pass away?
2. A girl being rape by classmate?
3. A business person being cheated by others?
4. You wanted to be doctor, but ended only become housewife?
5. Fortune teller said you are going to have 3 children?
6. A politician being killed at his house?
7. Cancer! And etc

Now, is our journey of life being predefined?

YES? NO?

Buddhist said, we can change our fate.
==> You create more karma, you will enjoy the returns.
*** And this will change your fate as well!

Friends, I have seen some people's journey just like those senior citizen.

One of my relative got diabetes and taking medicine everyday. Life become hopeless.
One of my relative got cancer at the age of 17 and now pass away.
One of my relative divorced and his child is taken care by grandparent.
One of my junior and his sister die at one of the road accident.
One of my friend runaway from his house to avoid "Ah Long"
One of my friend got the bachelor degree in computer science and now become chef in Australia
And many more...

I am sitting here and start to think about me, what I am going to be tomorrow?
When we become older and older... What we will be? OLD MAN!

The question is that

1. How old I will be in the journey of life?
2. How old you wanted to be?

Dear, life is unpredictable! We can't control it but we can manage it.
You want to have a full risk of life or you want to have a safe path in your life, is still you are the one that decide.

Tourism Development in Malaysia

What do you think about our country's tourism destination? Is it up to the standard as compare to our neighbour countries?

Well, I would like to raise this issue as it is obvious that I am so dissappointed with the development. Lot's of projects are not well managed and maintained.

Take for example:-

1. Eye on Malaysia (Compare to the Singapore)
2. The Malacca - So call historical city (Compare to Singapore China Town)
3. Our beach resort - compare to Thailand
4. Our forest - compare to Indonesia and Thailand

Let me ask you, if a family taking 3D2N stay in Kuala Lumpur. What can they do besides shopping?

I hope our respective group of people should really study and have long term plan before start any project.

My Insurance Business

Friends,

I would like to tell you that please don't ignore this post as I am not asking you to buy insurance. I would like to share with you why I take up this business.

Changes come to me after my trip to Cambodia in 2009. I saw things that really touch my life. The people, the culture and the lifestyle in there that made me felt sad. It started to turn me to become someone that wanted to share my wealth with those people in need. I promise to bring more stuff to Cambodia and donate it to them if I do have tours to there again!

Everyday, unexpected thing keep on happening around us! Accident, Illness, Robbery, Snitch, and news about death! However, we tend not to care about it although it is so close to us! In our mind, we assume it will never happen to us!
:-( I started to think and realized that our mentality is the one that making us to choose, choose those thing that we are happy on, choose thing that easy and benefits to us. We indirectly being controlled by our mind.But, when bad thing happen to us, are we having enough preparation for it? Enough protection?

Thus, I really want to help thus that want to have peace of mind. I am not like other agent that may push for target and try to close sell. What I will do is to ensure YOU are the one and see the future and wanted to have it.

FYI, my up line is keep on sms me and try to motivate me to close more sales! Let me tell you, I ignore them and I believe that insurance is not like direct selling. This product should sell to people that really want it and need it, not those people that unaffordable but being push for it!

Who will taking care of you when you get old?

It is fact that everyone of us will get old. None of us can escape!

Well, what is going to happen to you especially when you become old?
HAPPY FAMILY? Or just 2 of you...or only you?

1. Are you sure that your children will take care of you? The old man / women that useless and become burden for them. Your children have their own family and world by then, they need to take care of their child, their spouse and their job. We may become someone that useless or someone that dragging them back from their future.

2. Are you sure that your spouse still around by then? Or you are taking care of them instead.

We may become football that our children will kick us away and send us to the other gol (home).

Friend! Time is flying....from now to 20 - 30 years later. It just seconds and anything can happen.

THE ANSWER FOR IT IS..... YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE OLDER YOU!

You need to plan and do something now and at least you are well taken care of when you are old.

==> RETIREMENT PLAN (25 - 45 year old people), at least 10.8% interest. Save now and better future!

Useless Complaint!

Haizh! I don;t know how many times I have lodge the complaint and yet still remain the same. No improvement at all!

1. Taxi at KL...You can see how many of them are using meter?
2. The Bus express on the highway...What do you think their speed? 90KM/H?
3. The lorry on the road....Are their speeding, dirty, using fast lane?
4. Motor on the road? Are they using motor lane?
5. White line at the vehicle that shine on our eyes...why still got such thing?
6. The country is so dirty...here and there?
7. Why keeping on clearing the forest? Pollution.....!
8. Out road system and condition... Why not we reallt install high quality materials and can ensure the road condition can last longer...!
9. Why the tourism destination in Malaysia not well developed. Go and see our neighbour countries!

Haizh....Hope I am wrong.

I wonder how many of us know about the term - Life Long Learning?

Everyday, we are learing something. Either from our daily work, or through our interaction with other party. For sure, we gain something. Thus, I define it as something that we learn.

For some people, it is good enough for them in their life time. But not for someone else. In order to ensure you are someone that knowledgeable, and able to gain respect from others, we choose to learn more things and things that people don't know.

If you know something that other don't, you get the value.
If you know something that everyone knows, you are nothing.
If you want to get respect and value from someone, learn something that they don't know.
If you want to be look down, do not learn anything.

1. How many Chinese know about Arab language?
2. How many of us know about Buddhist, Islam and Christian together?

11 Nov 2009 Mixture felling

It suppose to start the day with full confident and able to satisfy my performance for the tour. Thing is not always on what you think.

I am taking a VIP group of 6 paxs from Education School in Beijing that visiting the school, and government bodies for 4 days. Day 01 and day 02's feedback given me a good feel where I am doing a good job. Even the customers are happy.

Today (Day 03), the local representative suddenly blame me that I didn't take the guests to have night tour on day 02. I tried to explain but she just walked away, (X#$&^). I hate this type of people, where never give chance for people to explain. I really cannot TAHAN!

Well, I told myself to calm and just be happy. Nevertheless, things didn't change and she react ignorance and show me unhappy face. Wow! This is so call MALAYSIAN...

Long time never see this type of people liao. The last time was during the Beijing (Avon Group), where the Kelvin W show me this type of respond and I stopped all his future tours.

Anyway, it is going to end and I have do whatever I need to do. How people look at it is their matter and I have no control over it.

However, this given me some conclusion:-

1. Human being are the same (No matter you are professor, King, Prime Minister, Datuk or ...)
2. We must remain calm on whatever things happened to us, this is the best way to resolve problems.
3. God is watching us and He knows.

HOW TO HELP PEOPLE?

Just would like to share with you. I am still running my company.
On top of it, I am always looking for ways to help people.

I donate money for old folk, orphanage house, school, temple.
However, I found it is far beyond my capability. I am wondering how to get money?
I see myself, always money not enough....

I made analysis and I see these...

1. A child that lost father or mother or both, what is their future?
2. How to made RM 100,000? Saving in bank? How long? (If 200/ month ~ Abt 40 years)
3. Where I can get money to pay for my hospital bills? (Everyday people sick and ill)
4. Who take care of my nearest if something happen to me?
5. I always suffer for money not enough, how to overcome the fear of unexpected outcomes?
6. How many people screaming for help everyday? Why?

How to get ride of this?

Rich people, no problems. What about poor people?

**I asked my insurance company, are we going to get back the money that we pay for the premium? The answer if yes. If we are going to take back our money in future, why not we started to plan ahead?

My Journey After Silverlake

Dear Friends,

I am a person that very anti insurance. I lost few of my friends because they become insurance agent. I told them, if they try to talk anything about insurance infront of me, I will no longer friends with them and I really did it.

However, I am now insurance agent!!!

I resigned from Silverlake in the year 2003. I resigned without taking up any new offer and suddenly, I lost my income. From monthly income from 8000 becomes "0" income. I have to rely on my saving. What I need to do next?

* I always having a dream to own a travel agency.

With the limitation ($$$), I setup a company with my best friend. He has fews business and I am running the company. We start the company by taking out RM 500 per person. (Enough? :-))

As an IT person, I have no idea how to get business, how to do account, how to do sales, how to communicate, how to .... I bang my head do know how many times. People laughing at me, people see us like stupid and yet we are stupid...really stupid.

We managed to get some business to the company. However, not enough, already 2 years and I still like no where. To get extra income, I work as basketball coach for school - 1 hr RM 25 that depends on weather. I sell Scouts uniform, I sell basketball, I teach tuition and I am taking tour.
Luckily I am a license tour guide and mainly depends on the slim income from the tour to cover.

Year 2005, it is a BIG change for me. We decided to join with few partners to open a license travel agency. That really bring me more hope and thought it is the opportunity that I waited for. Nevertheless, it is just another nightmare and really scared me. I ended up decided to disconnect myself from my so called best friend. FYI, I have spent big amount of money that today I still suffering of paying it.

I learnt from the experience. I prayed hard, I told myself that I can't fall down, I have to keep alive, to keep on my journey. No matter what, I have to survive... (It is always painful journey especially you walk alone)

In Nov 2006, I started my own travel company and I work alone. I do everything (I am the boss, sales, account, admin, cleaner, and despatch). My office is in my house, I have to work average 18 hours a day, sometimes I awake from sleep with panic for being wasting time for taking nap. Haizh...!!!

** I believe in god. I am poor but I donate to people the in need. I believe mylife will be improve if I be good to people **

Year 2007, my company making revenue about 300k, I have opened my office in year 2008, and making revenue 600k. I got the travel license in the year July 2009 revenue already 730k.
Today, I am still running the company ALONE.

I see the payback from what I did. I help people, I teach people, I assist people as long as I am capable. I see changes in my life, I see grow in my business, I gain invisible help whenever I faced challenges. NOW, I wanted to do more by

1. Helping more people in need
2. Teaching more people the right way and
3. Assist more people

BUT how? I do not have anough money....
